He encourages me to be me.
I've never been totally comfortable being me with anyone, because there are so many pieces of me that don't make sense. I've never really been in one place too long, I used to raise sheep, I pay dues to Mensa, I don't really like music, I'm a compulsive baker, I don't understand my faith...I'm still searching. For some people, that might be intimidating. For Andrew, it means he'll learn a lot as I try to figure out what I want from this life. He's always there when I make mistakes, ready to forgive what's already been forgotten and ready to encourage me to pursue what's too scary on my own.
I love that.
