We sold our house today. It was on the market 36 hours and we made a healthy (unexpected) profit!

36 hours reminds me of when we put our house in P.A. on the market and the buyers swooped in the next day and bought it! Then we moved to the farm, lived here over 35 years, have it for sale and the market is slow, slow, slow!
Anyway, great news. We will now hope you can easily find an apartment to your liking.
