Lucy woke me up at 5 for the usual "It's not morning yet, honey" talk, and I happened to look out the window. It's REALLY snowing and we have about 2 inches right now. Wow. It's supposed to snow til noon. Andrew says the palm trees in Arizona are beautiful. Sniff.

Wow! Snow...and we've had such beautiful sunny/spring-like days here in the beautiful state of Washington!
11 years ago it was very hard to see you move away from us...but, it is nice to know you've grown to love Maryland like we love Washington! Time goes by so quickly it seems.
Keep Lucy warm. I love snow...can't wait for it to be here too but I would like to wait a little. I am just enjoying our sunshine we've had. The fall colors are breathtakingly beautiful, very exceptional this year! So many people I see pulling over in their car to take pics. We have such beauty around us....I love it here!
Grandma and Grandpa Matthews are in their winter home in Yuma, Arizona...lucky people. Some time we will have to visit.
