The House

Well, this is the little farmhouse we're buying in West Virginia if it passes inspection. It's a foreclosure, so we're getting a great deal, but it's an "as-is" deal, and that makes a big difference in financing and so on. It needs some work as it was built in 1930 and has had some neglectful owners, but we love the land and the area, and we're really excited. It's a 3 bedroom about 20 minutes east into WV from Andrew's office. We'll keep you updated!

The house looks very nice. How much property does it have? Did you say 1.2 acres? The countryside that shows in the picture looks so pretty. All older homes need work so if you get it, then you can just dig in and do what you think needs doing. Actually, the house looks really nice in the picture. Pretty and ready for a family to move in! We will keep the right thoughts for you guys.
