Our New House!

Our offer was accepted immediately! We offered a little less than the asking price, and the bank snatched up the offer right away, since it's a foreclosure and they couldn't care less. So now we're going to get the stuff done with Jim right away and get the inspection done asap, so we don't have to wait to re-start the house hunt after the house doesn't pass. :-)
